Our Shipping Policy

We strive to ship you quality plants and accessories. We cannot be responsible for a plant after it has been safely shipped. Returns are only accepted if plant or supplies are damaged in shipping. A few broken leaves are normal and to be expected when shipping these delicate plants. In the case of damage that occurs during shipping please email info@recyclededen.com immediately for return instructions. Retain all packaging material for return to Recycled Eden for replacement or refund.
